THE GREEDY BREAKFAST

Roasted Cauliflower served with curried cauliflower puree, fried shallot, poached eggs and kumara straws.

Caramelized banana, candied orange, crushed nuts and maple syrup, with Bacon or Berry Compote.
AVOCADO MUSHROOM TOAST
Crushed avocado on toast with mushroom, smoked sour cream, edamame and dukkah salsa
Topped with prawns, roasted tomatoes and japanese mayonnaise.
Fried eggs, in house baked beans, chorizo, avocado, smoked sour cream all served on a tortilla.
